Silent Heroes Memorial in Berlin

In August 2022, we visited the “Silent Heroes” Memorial in Berlin. In the spring of 2022, this memorial replaced its permanent museum exhibition—which focused on hiding in Nazi Germany—with a presentation about hiding in all Nazi-occupied European countries. This aligns with the “Silent Heroes” ambition to become the European knowledge center on Jewish hiding. In addition, we met with the staff of the impressive “Silent Heroes” library.
